Middlesbrough Councill and Executive have excelled again... managing to nearly keep the existance of these documents... "Top Secret" but due to the team behind the Campaign to Save Gresham from the Mayoral Bulldozer...

Middlesbrough's CEO and others at Middlesbrough Town Hall... have conceded these documents... do in fact exsist

and are intended for the People of Middlesbrough to read... and then comment on...

unfortunately for the People of Middlesbrough... the CEO... whom the tax payers in Middlesbrough employ...

has refused every request to actually make these documents public ...

by sending a copy to every household in Middlesbrough...

so how where and when would you be able to respond to this public consultation...
